IMO this is truly the epitome of first world problems.

"The reason the Apple Watch was such a surprise—not its existence, but any details about how it looks or what it does—" How is that not clear?

Ok so I guess I went too far when I said the WHOLE point, but it's definitely an important aspect. You see, I work in UX/UI. IMO, the purpose of a bigger screen is for immersive experiences, and I'm not sure that a smartphone is the best device for that. I think that tablets are really the best devices for immersive

I love Apple products in general, but I'm not a fan of the idea of a larger screen. That goes against the whole point of a smartphone, since you're supposed to be able to use it single handed. Maybe the Watch will be good for those quick single handed tasks. But that means I'd have to shell out around $400 just to be

The dude standing in the background makes it that much creepier.

Now playing

I was annoyed at the remark, and I'm not even a harmonica player; I'm a drummer. Giving anything that makes noise to a child makes me say:

how do we know that's the final size? Patent sketches are rarely reflective of the actual industrial design CAD files.

Not seeing size specified anywhere.

A real life Mr. Magoo!

cool, i thought so! thanks, I have to watch that film again soon.

I agree that these are gorgeously amazing, and insanely better than anything I could ever hope to muster (I'm basically a graphic designer, not a CGI / 3D guy). I am familiar with what this kind of thing takes, though and I've met very and wired with some very talented people in that specific field.

I know I've seen those before, but I forget where... Tron? Transformers? am I way off? It's gonna bug the crap out of me if I you don't help me out... please?!

I'm surprised I haven't read anyone saying "Steve Jobs must be rolling in his grave if this is true". From what I remember, he was dead set against larger screens on smartphones for obvious ergonomic reasons. I personally don't like a smarthphone that forces you to use both hands. Big screens are for working long

Probably both, I'd imagine. Both my external hard drives (G-Drive) have more than one type of connection. USB 3.0 and Firewire.

Ironically, this looks like something you'd find in a SkyMall catalog.
