It would take you $5K to get that one to the condition this one is in.  It’s quite rusty so you need to do bodywork and paint, tons of detailing needed.

280,000 miles is a lot of miles for any car. Toyotas got their reliability status for for just making it to 280,000 miles. Maybe it has another 100,000 in it, but I’m not going to gamble on it. Weird stuff wears out at this mileage.

GPS (the US’s GNSS) is only a transmitted signal; our phones receive it and cross-correlate a number of simultaneously-visible signals to achieve a lock. You could turn off GPS on your phone and still be tracked as the transmitter for tracking is in the mobile device.
