We have a few of those here, and other than one very specific example, they usually end up having to abandon the model because it’s simply unsustainable.

I don’t think that their problem is comparisons to meat, it’s just that vegetarian food options are exploding all over the place. People are learning new things, often from ancient cooking traditions like Indian and Chinese cuisines.
