Pineapple on pizza is fine but pineapple in and of itself can be sketchy. It has to be proper ripe so that it’s soft and sweet, otherwise it can be fibrous and like chewing on a bamboo stock. I don’t care whether it’s Dole or whatever brand, just don’t put crunchy, fibrous pineapple on my pizza.

What better ingredients did they use before the “real cheese” and “DOLE Pineapples?!”

I don’t mind a pineapple pizza every now & then but the key for me is I need some spicy on it as well to cut through the sweet. So like pineapple, canadian bacon & jalapeno peppers or at least some siracha sauce. 

Yeah, I’m not too keen on once-was-mozzarella.
