They’re pretty close if you nuke them for 10 seconds, but yeah, it’s impossible to re-create the fresh-off-the-belt ones for retail stores.

That’s why I keep alcohol wipes in my purse, to clean them first. And use the back of a knuckle, not my fingertips, to touch the screen.
Their cheesecakes are VERY expensive, but damn they’re good.
I wish my local one had kiosks. I love the ones at Panera, the rare times I go, because I’m often not sure what I want and like to avoid the anxiety of standing there going “ummm.” Plus the kiosks are much easier to read (thus faster).
The only ones I have are for the grocery store and for CVS, because you need it in order to get the sale prices (which sucks, but you save a significant chunk of chance with it).
Or the wall snakes.
You don’t expect people to... walk, do you? What are ya, some kinda Commie?
Exactly. Just like the soda machines, I see this catching all sorts of other flavors one didn’t want in their sauce. It’s a dumb idea.
Yiiiikes. Hope she has good health insurance!
Ooh, I haven’t seen that at my grocery, but would love to try it. Morningstar makes some pretty decent fake bacon.
Oh yes, I know khichdi well :) You can also make it with millets instead of rice.
Their pork dumplings are fantastic. I wish my local groceries carried more of their products.
You’re right! I’ll correct my post (or not, it’s too late to edit it). I confused it with Sweet Earth. Hungry Planet is owned by Post.
Fan of beans and lentils here. They’re so cheap and nutritious. My favorite way to get them is Indian dishes like dal, which has many dozens of variations so it never gets boring. And split dals cook quickly and don’t need a lot of soaking.
I enjoy having an after-work brew at the bar. I catch up on my reading, and get some socializing in, before I have to go home to an onslaught of chores and doing things for other people.
I’m not big on Morningstar’s burgers, but their Chik products are second to none. Impossible’s chicken smells like cat food.
Beyond has great meatballs, but Impossible has the better beef. Hungry Planet’s Awesome Burger is equivalent to Impossible, but I hate Nestle with the fire of a thousand suns so I generally avoid that one.
It’s not that it’s not easy. It’s that it’s IMPOSSIBLE for the for someone like me now with how expensive everything has gotten. The tiniest little 700 sq foot house here costs just under half a million dollars. Owning property has become out of reach. A down payment would eat up my entire savings.
Are you... are you the sales manager guy?
As is everything else.
