It'd be especially trippy because he's having the same memory effects as the people whom we have seen take it.

I thought ALIE was a hologram in the mansion. Once Jaha took the chip (offscreen, I guess), she was in his mind thereafter.
The use of current/vocal music is one of my biggest pet peeves with this show. It just doesn't fit with the tone of the show at all. Calling back to the very first, very jarring instance of this in the premiere with an "emotional" version of that Imagine Dragons song was just not great.
Aww, you got me elated at the prospect of a Captain Cold/Killer Frost crossover, then depressed at realizing it can [probably] never happen now. Her death was truly wasted.
My immediate reaction to Sinclair's death was "Wait, Emerson captured literally everyone else. Why couldn't they just write it so Sinclair was captured too?" I mean, sure, it was a poignant moment between Sinclair and Raven, but it's still disappointing. Plus, he was our only remaining link to BSG.
Man, ALIE is not frakking around - she went straight to the top. Gotta hand it to her, the girl’s got aspirations.
I was really hoping that Rip would continue his "Let's get down to business" with "♪ …to defeat the Huns! ♪" At least a musical episode would've distracted from the totally illogical time-travel shenanigans.
So this is what happens when you're aiming for The Magnificent Seven but end up with more of a Cowboys & Aliens.
I think Monty's mom's (Momty?) death was less about her character and more about its impact on Monty. He found out his mom was alive, then she turned out to be kind of an asshole, then he had to kill her in a mind controlled state. Not to mention Jasper, his best friend, has also been quite the asshole this season.…
I never realized how much Raven acted as the heart of this show. It's only these last few episodes, as she's been infected with ALIE, that I noticed how badly I missed Raven's trademark tenacity in the mix. Still, Lindsey Morgan is doing such an amazing job with everything she's been given this season.
So many great things here, but Liv casually clipping a severed hand on her police belt somehow just made me love this finale more. It's been a stellar season, iZombie.
"Stop being an ass, and go deal with it."
…Almost.
It's a bit frustrating that, as soon as they finally took down Pike, all that's left of Arkadia is a herd of ALIE drones. But Pike is humiliated, so I'll take it.
I look forward to Clarke, the Angel of Death, wreaking some celestial havoc on the City of Light.
I was actually looking forward to getting more time with zombie Major, if only to see how Robert Buckley would handle Major’s brains of the week. But alas, iZombie plot moves forward with such velocity that we’ll just have to settle for the possibility of Major causing a full-on-zombie-mode jail massacre.
I fully appreciate Peyton's concern about Liv finishing the kitchen reorganization before starting new brains. Half-finished organizational projects are nobody's friend.
Kendra: Well, I’ve died before.
Anyone else notice that Ontari looks a bit like Lucy Lawless? Or maybe it was just the very Lucretia-from-Spartacus-esque bath scene playing tricks on me.
Miller’s boyfriend picked Miller over Pike! Nice to see a relationship on this show take a not-tragic turn.
