On Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me they asked Martha Stewart how to make Spam and she said exactly this fry it a little on both sides and it is delicious (I think she suggested making a sandwich though).

I grew up eating it so I don’t understand the horror. I LOVE Spam. I’m not even from Hawaii. I’ve even eaten it raw!

Hey, regular spam is awesome. Sliced thinly and fried - served with rice, eggs and a bit of ketchup. It’s the breakfast of champions.

I’m going to have to get some of these for my dad. He lived in Hawaii while in middle and high school, and he loves Spam. Especially Spam musubi.

I have tried a piece of pan-fried spam and it reminds me of a blander version of Leberkaese. Which I also don’t eat.

My mother used to fry it and serve it with that horrifying stuff Kraft calls “mac&cheese.”

Pineapple on some pizzas is delicious.

Not gonna lie, I love spam. At Pacific island fest the spam truck rolls up and gives out spam sammich sliders, I love it. Spam ‘n eggs, noms.

Whatever, Spam is DELICIOUS and we eat it all the time (yep, I used to live in Hawaii).

Honestly I’ve got a couple of cans in the back of the pantry currently. Ate it moderately frequently back in the day, but my wife doesn’t care for it and I never make food just for myself these days, so in the back the cans stay.

Way back in the ’60s – when I was a little kid – I would slice Spam, fry it until it was crispy on the outside, and have it with eggs for breakfast.

These are probably terrible but I love spam so I’d try them.

Honestly, these sound kind of good to me. Sure, they’re fundamentally disturbing almost-food but still.

Pity they couldn’t work a “dickless” joke into Die Hard...

I just now realized that the Ghostbusters’ character is named Peck...

“It has to change. How can it not? Even people that believe in the right to bear arms, what right do you have to take people’s lives? That’s what guns are, the killers. Simple as that. Simple as that. It’s black and white. What do you want a gun for?”

“as long as we’re tossing around brand names, I sling an AR, Tek-9 or AK over my shoulder, or holster a Glock 21 (not 22), or one of my other handguns, like the Sig Sauer P226, and walk out the door. I find the shotguns are a little too cumbersome to open carry”

First, from the shooter’s mother:

I’m glad that his father is speaking out but I wonder if and when we will hear from his mother. Can anyone tell me if any of the guns he used are registered in her name could she be held liable? and if so perhaps thats why she hasn’t had a statement... I am the mother of two young boys and I can’t even imagine being
