Since I’m not badmouthing them, I’ll come out and say we had a pretty great experience at Young Mazda in Easton, Pa. I do it old school, all in person, so I can’t speak to the online experience, but face to face they were very straight shooters. I put them up there with my other favorite dealer, Clinton Honda in

I work at a Mazda dealer and I can confirm that the manufacturer is indeed pushing hard to improve the dealership experience, both for sales customers as well as for service and parts. The current program is called “Ignite The Passion”, and talks a lot about how to make customers feel passionate about the brand.

He claimed that when they receive new cars they will only do 30 mph and that they are not completely finished and the dealer has to finish building them at the dealership. “Because you can’t ship a finished car here from Japan.”

I guess its just hit and miss and you’ll have seen the averages more than I would have.  That being said when we bought a cx-5 for my mom they were pretty great.  They gave her an okay trade on her car and a pretty decent deal on a CX-5 in the exact spec she wanted and they jerked us around very little.  funny enough

That’s a pretty epic level of fuckery.

That’s actually hilarious. I own a 2018 Accord and when I saw the pic I was like “whoa a facelift already?”.

With all due respect, you have no idea what you are talking about... no third party can get you a better deal than what you can get youreself and you can get the best deal in 35 minutes or less with educated negotiating... sure a dealer is going to ask for the money because if you dont ever ask you never get but ultima

and yet you’re not INFORMING customers of this.

Can a swap be done?

Obligatory bubble hatch pic:

I wonder if a sitting President exhorting his followers that my role in a TV comedy qualifies me as an enemy of the people constitutes a threat to my safety and that of my family?

Too soon?

Z4 doesn’t weigh 3100 at all.

not a damn thing that i can tell.. .and thats a great thing.

Bad take: isn’t this your fault, too? You wanted a Supra, badly. You wanted the ultimate Toyota tuner-sports car, the follow-up to the revered JZA80. You wanted something that can equal it, maybe even surpass it. You wanted the 2JZ engine. You bugged them for god knows how long. You saw all the SUpra builds. You got

As awesome as a 2jz would have been there’s just no way they would have gotten it through all the necessary smog testing in as many markets as they plan to sell it. The EU & UK being the main issue there. I definitely would have loved to see a standard transmission though. This was a mistake on Toyota & BMWs part.

But that’s $55,000 less than a MkIV Supra, apparently.

BMW’s inline 6 B58 engine is one hell of a masterpiece. You can always do a swap to the 2JZ on your own dime.

no, it looks like a tarted up f-86

“the Impala is secondary to the Accord (CVT) and Camry in perception only. I rent cars all over the US and ASK for an Impala whenever possible. I am told “They are the first cars we run out of: because of their popularity. I would much rather have a Impala than either of those 2...driven them all often...it is
