To clarify, please know that I'm referencing the VA itself, not our Veterans. My favorite thing about working at a VA is that I'm serving those who served. I just realized it might not be clear to others whom I meant.

I'm not saying it as a geek. I'm saying it as a VA employee. ;-)

THIS!!!!!

I think a lot of us agree with you that the efficacy of Autonomous Driving Tech will have no relationship with the efficacy of Infotainment System Ergonomic Design. However, there are a lot of idiots out there who will make that jump up the ladder of inference and never think twice about it. “Caddy’s will be unsafe

It doesn’t matter what we think, it matters what Joe Average thinks, and yes, there is a significant possibility that they would consider both “tech” and therefore may be related when considering quality. The best option is to contract with or create a new company that “runs” the autonomous tech, which may not trigger

I predicted a few weeks ago Ford would release a tiny CUV as one of the 4 new SUVs, but I anticipated it would be the "Ford EcoBox" ... Close, but no cigar.

I'm guessing Michigan. Same roads, different story.

Although it may Vanquish potholes, let’s hope it’s a little more reliable than an Aston Martin. Right DeMuro?

This is EXACTLY what I was thinking. I was going to say “I didn't know Infiniti allowed rebadging!"

Brings new meaning to the phrase "Crown and Coke"

We have almost identical specs, it sounds like. Just about everything in your post is how I feel. My biggest frustration was waiting 12 weeks and not being sure if my financing window would run out. It didn't help that I was getting married during that window, so I was afraid it might affect things.

“This Car Climbed Mount Washington's Flatbed"

Whereabouts up here are you planning on going? If you make it to the Upper Valley, go to Harpoon and order the Poutine and a Czernobog. You'll have to wait about 3 hours to drive after that, but you'll still thank me later.

I had to order mine because nobody had any in stock when I was looking. Availability is a real problem if you don't have the ability to wait.

I don't mind it. It's not exciting, but it does the job and feels fairly "normal" compared to a regular 5 or 6-speed automatic. The best part about the paddles is "downshifting" to avoid braking the entire first half-mile of my commute to work.

It depends on how much you want to pass people “RIGHT NOW.” Me, I can get a little frustrated (not quite road rage, but yeah). Even my wife said yesterday “I’m glad we got the 6 cylinder,” and she thought I was being ridiculous. It isn’t “fast” it doesn’t handle like a sporty car, but the extra oomph on the

I got the 6 cylinder and am very glad for it. My biggest disappointments have been fit and finish and ergonomics. It’s really not bad, and I’m picking nits to even mention the issues, but I would gladly pay an extra 1-2k for Audi seats and sound isolation. Of course, Audi seats would have been about 8k more, so

Given their shared history, I wouldn't be surprised. Let's use a 10-year-old MB design; it's still more advanced than what we were using!

Thanks, now I'm going dread having 300 local bankers trying to come see me as a psychiatrist. See what you did?! ;-)

Sorry guys, my fault.
