I guess the ‘midcycle’ refresh is 2023? From what I read, Volvo did a very minor update to the 2023 XC90 by adding a “mild hybrid” system to the two cheaper drivetrain options, but they still retain the same 2.0L Turbo (T5 / B5) or the 2.0L Turbo+Super (T6 / B6). The PHEV (T8) drivetrain seems to be unchanged.
