Wait a minute, are you telling me that dogs aren’t 100% reliable?!?

$100+K vehicles are never going to sell in large quantity. They’re just gaining popularity due to their style and performance, and so they’re displacing purchases that would have gone to S550, G-wagon, loaded Escalade, etc. Due to their low volume production, they shouldn’t consume a huge amount of rare earth…
At these prices, I’d say the Vantage is $25K better looking than the Mercedes.
So what you’re saying is that the higher prices leads to higher profit and happiness? I should go start a place that charges $1000/beer, then! I think my microeconomics professor might disagree, though.
Sounds like they could give a shit about inspecting the cars though no?
I think you need to re-read Tom’s reply. He *does* tell them that he can be a repeat customer since he’s running a car buying business. He *does not* tell them that “I write for a popular car website so I’ll trash you online if you don’t deal with me.”
Yeah I knew someone who tried this back in the 2005-2010 timeframe and could never get a supply of old frying oil because most all the restaurants had disposal deals already.
Holy necropost, batman!
Damn, my bad, should have watched the video first... it’s preserved in it’s rustbucket state...
I can already hear some Discover Channel car tuner types screaming, ‘oh no the beautiful patina!’
Is paint protection film the same as a vinyl wrap?
Usually no, since L2 basically uses the same connection as an electric dryer.
Take that trailer(?) around a corner or over a speed bump and it’ll look like a tornado in a trailer park — everything except the sofa and the mattress will end up strewn around everywhere.
It’ll be so popular that they’ll sell 100k/year and end up sharing platform with FIAT.
1. I’ve lived in Deep South, New England, and California and have never met a group of ‘Bro Truckers’ who would give a damn where you plug in / refuel your car. Seems very unlikely, and would make the ‘bro’ a very easy target for being arrested.
Yeah I didn’t know it was FWD until reading in this thread!
I guess I wasn’t *too* impressed when I looked at black-on-black Polestar2 at the mall, although I probably spent more time looking at the Polestar1 because it looks great. (I may just be biased because I find black-on-black to be ultra boring.)
Also, I still cannot understand why a company would bring out a sedan like the Polestar 2 (or Tesla with the Model 3) *before* the CUV version.
Cool. I hadn’t heard of those yet.
