No Hummers, either? Or just combine them all
Don’t forget the NYPD does this type of crap with an operating budget of $10.4B. This is $1235 per person. If you compare this to the per-capita defense spending for countries, it would put NYC at #9 in the world.
Aren’t there cars with specfic sports modes / launch controls that allow you a few minutes of ‘overboost’ or whatever they call it until it automatically shuts the mode off?
Now get CarPlay on the main screen and it’ll be perfect.
How is this different from an RPM limiter? They both keep users from destroying the motor by going outside of operating manufacture’s specs.
This may also be part of the reason why I haven’t heard of him — I don’t watch Youtube that much. I guess I’m just one of those weird people who prefer to read about cars because I just don’t have the patience to watch a 15+ minute video review about someone blathering on about the texture of the rubber mat in the…
i’ll check him out. I typically don’t pay attention to any journalist names except for a few classics from Road&Track like Peter Egan.
I always assumed the Probe looked good because it was a Mazda under the skin and some amount of FD RX-7 dna rubbed off on it.
Do you believe in mandating the measles vaccine to attend public school? This is very common (and extremely necessary).

Of course they’d use the same UI for all their EV’s. Is the issue just those non-tactile buttons under the display? I’d click on the link above, but I do not want to browse through some guy (who is jasoncammisa?) shitting on things on instacrap.
You are correct.
ELRs are always just too expensive. They’re unique looking, slow, and qualify for HOV access (if they haven’t already got expired stickers).
The plastic wheel arches make the wheel openings look huge, too. Also, if you filled the area with giant wheels/tires then wouldn’t it defeat the purpose of off-roading — no room for suspension travel, right?
And there are about 100 people / year who live in the intersection of wealth + offroading who buy one of these new. The other 3900 sales per year are all sitting in mall parking lots. They’ll still be available 10 years from now when they go <$30K and can be purchased by the typical enthusiast.
Mercedes Benz sold >2M cars last year, guess they’re not rare and therefore not luxury either.
Pretty much sums up every luxury brand ever made...
