My favorite concert position is now “somewhere in the back with seats if possible and absolutely definitely not in the crush up front.”

Her intentions are good, but I can imagine a whole lot of brown/black people feeling incredibly uncomfortable being asked to come to the front. What if they’re happy standing or sitting where they are? They came to a concert, not be used as a prop.
I don’t see what she is trying to do... are we saying there’s systemic racism at concerts with General Admission?
I can see what she is trying to do, but it’s awkward, and just very easy for right wing publications to make a big fuss out of. It’s well intended but it has sure backfired. You should see the headline that the Dutch right-wing news site geenstijl.nl ran with this story.
DB held a poll for suggestions from the public, they published the 25 most popular suggestions, and in the grand tradition of “Boaty McBoatface” the internet said “Anne Frank.”
That is the same as the Donald but instead of busy they d call me a cuck
Same kind of response you’re get there also
Bless your stupidity. This is the same logic that creates the dumb conspiracy posts on the_Donald
So someone called them in January or February to say “get a warrant for this woman” because they knew what would happen late summer or early fall.
The warrant was obtained in February right after the incident.
Even reading the description, I thought: I doubt the Muslim girls sleep with a hijab on...?
I have noticed recently that when the media wants to depict a Muslim girl or woman, they almost always go with one in a hijab. I get why they do it - it is easy to identify. But I wonder if it sends the message that hijabs are what American Muslim women are expected to wear.
Oh yeah, I totally believe some third person story from 20 years ago that I read on Kinja.
I’m assuming something about the way he told you this story makes you believe him. I just usually have a hard time believing kids of that age.
That’s what he did on the set of HOC and that’s also in the Gawker piece? Um, I think not. Try to focus: “What exactly did Kervin Spacey do on the set of House of Cards?”
You guys can’t help it, can you? Nothing in this 2015 Gawker piece suggests anything non consensual or anything improper with a minor. The fact that HOC is coming to its natural end (just watch the original BBC HOC for comparison) is also a non story, made into a salacious tidbit by media vultures like you. It’s the…
Seth MacFarlane is a comedy genius and a renaissance man. And he once again shows that, as a cultural critic, he occupies the moral high ground.
What’s more, The Orville is brilliant, and is more Star Trek than anything that has been put out on television or in the movies since the end of Voyager.
Bravissimo all…
so he took a dig at them, men like these are powerfull enough that they could sillence hundreds of women en men, so if a hidden dig is what you can do, than thats what you do
It’s why Hollywood hated him. Seth is very liberal which they like but he calls out the secrets in Hollywood that are messed up.
Important to note that Family Guy has been around for 18 years.
