Seriously, that question is super easy.

The football, because he can’t kill half a billion people in 20 minutes with a tweet. With the football, he can.

Yup, happened to me on both Gawker and Jezebel- I lasted several months on Gawker- two days on Jezebel.

Or when America volunteered to end its nuclear program, then they called us an “Axis of Evil” that had to be destroyed? Crazy that anyone would take the other side.

Being permanently un-grayed comes with some hefty responsibilities, do you have what it takes to parrot the talking points that the bloggers make and never stray, only time will tell..

Well, it was nice while it lasted Splinter! Would have loved to have gotten out of the grays before the U.S. was destroyed through nuclear war, but no worries. Some things just don’t happen, which is fine.

All “fandoms” are terrible, there I just saved you the trouble of asking anyone what they think of anything.

“And embedded in both parties is a constant reassurance, via the show’s various deep-cut references and in-universe in-jokes, that they are the ones who ‘get’ it. They are the chosen few who grasp the nerd-dom it celebrates in the correct way.”

It sounds like you know how stupid this type of thinking is, and then you

That’s pretty much me; watch it when it airs, maybe watch it again in a few months and that’s it.

Am I the only person who watches it Sunday night, laughs at it and then that is it?

Nah. Kim Jong Un is ruthless, cruel, heinous, belligerent and a disgusting walking human rights violation. But he’s not irrational. Nor is he a complete pushover. For better or worse (1) his actions tend to be rational responses to things and (2) he really has not backed down.

Normally I don’t think that the leader of North Korea (any of the Kims) has anything worthwhile to say, but damn, that was some shade.

Eh, whatever. They want to add another arbitrary (in general) metric by which entertainment can be graded, that’s cool. Can’t get any more pissed at that than I can, say, Rotten Tomatoes.

and boycott films that score poorly.

I don’t see how actresses can complain about “sexism” in the entertainment industry when a large part of their success is based on their sexuality to begin with. I do believe that they should be paid a fair wage for whatever service they provide. But considering one of the criteria for actresses is how they appear it

I am not concerned that the top-grossing films were directed mostly by men; only that women are allowed to create the top films.

Well, good luck to them.

I do enjoy that their plan to decrease sexism is to codify sexism into the law (via tax incentives for women to make movies). Ironically, this idea is embarrassingly patriarchial.
