I broke down and decided to be a trend follower so I will be playing what everyone else will be playing, Shining Force: Sword of Hajya.

But Dark Souls has min-maxing and loot hunting. And it has it in a less gamble-addiction-satisfying way that is much healthier for the players. So, nit-picking about the names of genres aside, the difference between them was my point.

Agreed. Plus you can play Demon’s Souls on a PS3. I will say that the Wii U was pretty great at covering classic nintendo games between its VC and its support for the Wii VC. Of course, the Wii VC is living on borrowed time.
