Seems like an interesting and ethical strategy. I don’t see how specifically announcing this policy can really be considered anything but a challenge meant to create free press (as you said the cracking is inevitable regardless,) when it could have just as easily been intended, while remaining unknown to the public.

I still don’t really understand what there is to remake. FF7 is a series of emotional beats framed around what were new features enabled by 20 year old technology. Plus its UI is still pretty manageable because it was a well made game.

I found the Durian area fairly early on in my run and basically did the Hearty Run. Originally I wasn’t going to gain any hearts, but I took the ones from the Guardian Boss wins. Combine it with x3 Defense and you are invincible (but I usually paired it with x3 Attack because “best defense is a...”)

Only thing I can really think of is trying to get another summon maybe? 3 on 1 is pretty horrendous for an invader, even if they are OP.

That sucks about the DS3 thing. I never go offline in any Souls game and love getting invaded.

Yes. I am picturing the BB combat mechanics, but making it Mechs, so that you add in Boosters and Missile Swarms

So you would want it to be mechanically the same? Would you be disappointed if they changed up the combat style or other unique to BB mechanics? Or what if they used near same mechanics, but made it an Armored Core game?
