Why would Valve give a shit about it? They aren’t publishing it, they don’t own the IP aside from being a potential store front Valve has nothing to do with the game. Hell it's not even the first game where devs have released a game via torrents.

Hell with the rename of the 12GB 4080 this card was probably supposed to be the 4070 TI, otherwise why leave so large a gap between the 4070 and 4070ti. Basically because of that rename every single card they release below a 4080 should be thought of as one card higher.

Potions are not an inventory item. You start with 4 charges. They get replenished by ones dropped by monsters.

It was and still is. Mod support has really added to the game over the years it has even had graphical overhauls that make it look pretty good.

It wouldn't surprise me if What happens with Bull is not an outlier. If you need your intelligence operatives to think for themselves (and you absolutely do) they are going to think for themselves in a society which basically forbids it. There's a reason there is a process in place after all for a defector.
