Sonuva, I had no clue about this feature. I've been pairing it manually each time I switched or used a second controller. You just made me inordinately happy.

You will still get game and system updates in shutdown mode. It's been in testing for awhile now. The only reason to go in sleep mode is if you want to remote play your Xbox.

Soncurrently in Sleep mode my series X uses between 10-15 watts, in energy saving mode it use .5w (I'm an alpha skip level tester so get these updates way early )

Ill check when I get home it gives a wattage range on the dashboard. While it's not an exact figure it's better than nothing. Should be about 15 minutes.

I still don’t understand the loss of split screen. That work around that people found for it worked really well, so I find it hard to believe they couldn’t get it working properly.

For the 20 series and lower end 30 series cards I would agree with that statement. But from the 3080 up it can make an actual visual difference and still run well (@1440p 120-144hz where I game) even without DLSS for most games that currently use ray tracing.

Looks like they were actually trying to say that in regards to the 4080 not the 4090 as it now reflects that.
