Why would someone who clearly is not experienced with marijuana write an article about it? I agree with the general sentiment but you really should have found someone else to write this.

For a Conventional 15 year loan; your housing ratio (PITI/monthly income) must be below 36% even with manual underwriting (most difficult underwriting process but allows approval with higher ratios). My point being that your advice actually falls right in line with the way mortgages are required to be structured.
