Because security guards don’t think carrying bottles of wiper fluid is suspicious?
We may need to resort to methods that work in much poorer countries:
One thing to consider... 65% of Americans don’t have passports. And it costs about $200 to get one quickly right now. It will be a huge obstacle.
So, what is it about rich, old men having no clue about how they appear to the world?
And the Chief Executive is always going to have some likely conflict of interest. “Signing this bill means my son-in-law, who owns vast oil reserves, is going to get rich, but not signing it means my cousin who owns a solar power company makes out like a bandit.”

It’s almost impossible to get a UEFA license until you are based there and the language issue knocks out a lot of players. That’s why most of the managers in the EPL, for example, are from various EU countries.
The US has almost no South American dual nationals to draw from.
It’s really hard to judge the WNT on the result of a PK-loss in one tournament. Yes, they should have done better, but they haven’t exactly had anything since then to demonstrate regression.
As one soccer writer put it, *every* national team is having trouble finding a good coach.
