Yes, those ultra-reliable polls. Maybe he could. It’s an intellectual argument at this point, but not a given he would have done it.

Easy to say, but he didn’t garner more votes than Clinton in the various primaries (by about 3.7 million). Would a confirmed “social democrat” have garnered enough of the disaffected voters to do it? Maybe, but it’s not a given.

They can repeal it right away if they want, but it will take a will to unravel things. Now, if they *actually* try to replace it before repealing it (laugh), that will take some time.
