almost as funny as someone thinking there's a difference between Democrats and Republicans
You guys are losing your touch. It took 5 whole minutes before a Penn St. apologist came here screaming "HE REPORTED IT TO THE AUTHORITIES!"
The decision to vacate the wins was nearly two and a half years old, so it comes as no surprise that Penn State completely fucked it.
Liccardo sees a no-lose situation for the city because its attorneys, led by famed antitrust lawyer Joe Cotchett, are handling the case on a contingency. The lawyers get paid only if they are successful.
I feel really positive for all the Penn State alumni who will interpret this move as a validation of what they've claimed all along: That their hero was not the driver of a nefarious coverup, but was simply too much of a stupid pants-shitting old dullard to put the pieces together, realize what was going on, and take…
I think this means Braxton won't be at QB next year, either because he transfers or he switches positions. Ohio State will be thinner at WR next year than they were this year, and because Braxton is not an NFL QB (in my opinion) he should work on running routes.
Whoa whoa whoa, there's a new season of Rock of Love?!
That and the "CSI" effect is real. Many people in the juror pool seem to think that what happens on the shows is what happens in real life. Of course crimes aren't solved in an hour and the lab rats are not doing the street work and the guys/gals doing the street work are separate from the evidence guys/gals, etc....
54. Are you aware that the Sixth Amendment affords the defendant the right to a public trial by an impartial jury?
You don't need a questionnaire to whittle down No. 18, just some cold weather and the blitz.
I'm hate that Gawker Media follows a style guide that insists on adding "OH" to any mention of Columbus, even when it appears in an article about Ohio State. Are there any readers who think Ohio State vs. Virginia Tech might have taken place in Columbus, GA?
It's rarely mentioned that Ohio State was actually one bad pass away from tying that game up with a minute to play.
What's your point, man? I hate Ohio State and the state of Ohio more than anything, but that was week 2 and they were still in experimentation phase with Barrett as their quarterback. After week 2 they were far and away the best team in the country and they proved it their last 3 games.
Ooh man, and to think the entire conference was written off after week 2.
Your tears, they taste so good.
if there's ever been a more intelligent QB, I've never seen it
Smartest player on the field? I have no NFL loyalties, but I'd wager a QB in Foxboro at deserves to be in that conversation. Far from set in stone.
Not to mention that figuring out who is eligible on a given play isn't rocket science.
