This is the game industry, even the fucking janitors are salaried. No one makes overtime in the games industry unless they’re a contractor.

How much time you work in a day has nothing to do with your SDLC Methodology. Do you realize the post you replied to said “we get work done in 7 hours a day” and your first thought was “that doesn’t sound agile”? That’s part of the problem right there.

I’ll go ahead and say what others have said in less finite terms: the idea of nms being multi-player with the scale of its world and size of its developer is a technical impossibility right now. It is literally not a possible feature the way people are thinking of it.
