Ah, mb. I skimmed a bunch of the comments and thought there was an argument about the best way to get into the phone in question. So I thought your comment was sort of an indictment of the FBI’s tech skills (which I’ve seen elsewhere and is frustrating, because I feel like it misses the point).

I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that if these people contacted terrorist buddies, they did so via the phones and computers they attempted to destroy, not the work-owned iPhone that works perfectly.

The issue is that everything has been colored by all the initial misinformation and the awful handling of the case in the first place.
