I don’t think anyone goes into a video game PR or community relations job thinking that it will be easy. If they do then I doubt they last long. I’ve been reading video game forums since they began and they’re almost always horrible pits of vitriol.

“BREAKING: Goodell Suspends Syed Farook Nine Games”
That is an amazing list. I want that guy to rank my days at work.
That second one is some found-footage horror shit.
It’s a Manawa Wera Haka only performed at special events like funerals.
I’m glad to see them dancing because you can’t spell funeral without “fun”.
You can’t deregulate markets that were never regulated in the first place. That’s true for both the markets that caused the 2008 financial crisis and these nincompoops.
But a deregulated environment leads to greater economic opportunity and-
Happened with Forrest Griffin, and Aleksander Gustasson(in fact Gus has lost every fight since being on EA UFC) as well, Brock lost his fight after being on Undisputed 2 but that was a year or so later. Bones kinda had an emotional breakdown after being on EA UFC so bad times all around. Aside from Silva, stayed…
I read the first sentence and jumped straight to the replies. “Trying to cut back on its ad spending.”
Skip. No good reason to have half a game. Even though BF never had a set piece focused/action campaign, it gave you plenty of options. The maps were also large enough that they felt like campaign levels. They had some cutscenes and dialog...it worked. It was fun. You also had Galactic Conquest which has a lot of…
It feels like there hasn’t been a game this gen that hasn’t disappointed on some level. I have enjoyed playing a handful of games, but it’s crazy that the Witcher 3 is probably the only game that hasn’t been a disappointment, and that was only because no one was expecting much based on the previous 2.

It’s been bad since high school and when I used to think about getting a job once I graduated I’d just feel ill. Eventually I ended up working for a law firm which is a toxic, dysfunctional place where abuse is common. I…
My first thought reading about this article was “this guy hasen’t left his apartment in a year, and he is in a relationship”
Don’t sweat the difficulties, Albert. If we know one thing about gamers, it’s that they’re not particularly hypersensitive to any sort of direct or even indirect criticism about their hobby.
As a father of a seven month old, my PS4 has rapidly transformed into a $400 paperweight capable of playing Curious George episodes whenever whoever’s in charge of the baby needs to take a shit. Turns on like a breeze though
Man, back in the day when you could buy a console on launch day with good games readily available (and at least one packaged in the box with two controllers! :-O), you could work it with confidence and know that it would start just fine, every time, from the initial boot up..... no waiting for firmware updates; just…
As sad as it sounds, but this will never, EVER end. I mean how exactly are you supposed to take this problem on?
