OMG yes. I had a yoga teacher tell me that rubbing sesame oil on my feet would “draw out toxins”. All I could think was “it’s not even a great oil, too low of a smoke point, only great for dressing and such”. I never went back. Another one of my favorite yoga studios has gotten obsessively into juice cleanses.

Up until that point, I had never understood that messages could be delivered without words.
