I really am surprised that Chicago isn't higher. Because it goes so far out in every direction, Metra is an actual valid commute alternative to sitting in horrid traffic every morning and evening and ends up being much cheaper than driving a car - the further out you live the better the deal gets.

Actually image stabilization isn't as usefull for moving objects as it is for moving hands, especially when due to the low light condition you have to increase exposure time. So it would be useful for taking pics of food in low light conditions, it won't help very much for taking photos of moving objects.
