As a recent former member of the guild you’re currently in, how are you finding it to get things accomplished in game? I notice you said you went through some old school raids with them, but have you tried to get into any of the current Emerald Nightmare raid? I agree with the first point. Once a player gets their first punishment of the season that makes them ineligible for rewards in the future, they will have no reason to curb their behavior at all, and will be enticed to become even more of a troll.
