If you’re this off-putting in real life, I’m sure people are merely recommending children’s movies to you so you can learn some sort of basic lesson.

Yeah, I would hate for someone to overwhelm me with an overlong thesis about how my point is wrong.

Oh, wait.

That’s... petty of you.

I’m sort of dreading his return. He was such a drag last season, and the show is better without him.

I’m visiting my folks for the holiday. My dad was hemming and hawing, upset that he voted for Hillary because he’s never really trusted her. He obviously hates Trump, so I tried to refocus.

I told him, “It doesn’t fucking matter any more. Hillary doesn’t matter. We have Trump now.”

You deserve everything that happens under President Trump.

The Maker has been the villain over on New Avengers (Sunspot’s team). I know nothing about the character’s history. Does he even have the stretchy powers?

In the first issue of Ultimates 2, he lays it all out. The Ultimates were created to deal with huge, world-ending threats, but the moment Carol started using the team to deal with Earth-bound issues, he knew it was falling apart.

I used to find the more “heady” superhero too much to grasp, but I think I’m coming around after embracing Hickman’s Avengers run and now The Ultimates.

I think it’s safe to say that Rebecca Mystique > Jennifer Mystique

You must be miserable at parties.

Hot.

The whole White Canary thing made sense when Legends started, but at this point, the moniker/costume aren’t really necessary.

I’m home for Thanksgiving, and I showed this trailer to my dad. He was pretty bummed when I told him Laurel wasn’t there because she was dead (he’s a season behind on Arrow).

Being this condescending must be incredibly miserable.

Complaining about SFX on television - especially something this ambitious - is fucking baffling. You understand that summer blockbusters have months and millions of dollars to provide their SFX?

Particularly when you’re murdering a black kid in cold blood.

This effing event feels like it’s been going on since January.

Season two has been a noticeable improvement.

Yeah, no. The alien-removal scene is worth the price of admission, alone.
