I think what Astropcr is saying is that the show can’t have the human populace completely unfamiliar with Inhumans or even powered folks. The movies get a pass for not acknowledging the Inhumans (*sigh*), but it would be insane for an ABC show called Inhumans not to acknowledge the fact that its sister series…

The little-watched CW show Nikita lasted as long as it did because Netflix didn’t want to purchase an incomplete show, from what I’ve heard. It would have ended in season two, but ended on its own terms in season four so that Netflix could buy a complete product.

I think (?) they’re supposed to be older than the Girls? At least, they are way more mature and grounded, with their shit together, mostly.

That’s a fair assessment, but here it has been adapted, so it’s what we got in front of us. I’m sure Medusa will move her hair at some point in the show, but it’s like showing a commercial for Iron Man without his armor or one for Captain America: The First Avenger without his shield.
