I'm with you - I think this show's at its best when it's spinning a ludicrous number of plates and has a ludicrous number of big bads. On most shows it's sloppy, but here it always feels like more opportunities for the writers to try out more puns, bring back more beloved bit players, and find new character

I'd watch a Wally Brando travel show, just following him around the highways and byways -
Diners Drive-Ins and Dharma.

My favorite part of the new episodes so far. So sweet

Oh, thank you, Mr. Jackpots!

Sweet Sassy Molassy! Between the emotional stakes, music cues, Liv-centricity, and hit-parade of fan fave minor characters (sadly no Minor characters…), this episode REALLY restored my faith in this season of the show, just at a point when I was really about to give up on it. Loved this ep so much. (A LOT of it

Only caught the last 10 minutes, but damn…those were some amazing 10 minutes. That Krieger scene THREW me.

Is this gonna get weekly coverage? Because it was straight-up delightful. My mom hates almost all comedies but between the first Chico's joke and the second Chico's joke, she was hooked. That's a tough feat.

Agree…I haven't really been enjoying this season for so many reasons (I miss the old Big Bads, I miss Liv being the main character and emotional core, I miss the cases of the week slowly contributing to Liv's growth and figuring out her own identity), and you've just elucidated so many of them.
