Sounds like your wife probably spent more time sucking frat boy dick than studying if she thinks dragging her (probably unsecured) dog around on errands and leaving it in a car is a good idea.

Nope, what your wife did was a bad idea. That guy had every reason to be concerned about your dog, especially considering he had no way to know how long it was in there. Also, cracking the windows really doesn’t help at all and add in how humid it gets in Texas 70F in the shade will kill that 10lb dog pretty quickly.
