Forester XT is a good option and tend to be abused less than other turbo options.

RALLY WAGON!

I’m looking at purchasing a BRZ soon and really like heated seats but I also like the upgraded seat that doesn’t come with heat so I’m pretty torn. Georgia doesn’t get cold often but I do fall into that category of needing heat therapy during my long commute. How do you like your seats overall in your BRZ?

I hope to be purchasing a BRZ or 86 in the next few months. My local Subaru dealer lacks the maintenance support I’m looking for and I don’t know if Toyota knows anything about the boxer engine. Rock and hard place.

I have enough trouble finding parts for my SVX, I’d hate to track down what that needs for a restoration. Don’t get me wrong the cool factor is off the charts for that but I don’t think I could handle the tedious parts.

The SVX is a lot of work. I bought one two year’s ago and with minimal driving it’s in way worse shape now then when I got it and I’ve put a substantial amount of money in it. That car has a real soul and I absolutely love it but i think I’m going to have to let it go to replace my daily driver as it too is getting to

+1 for no inspections in Ga. My poor SVX would not be allowed to leave my property. It deserves to run free every so often.

And that is why I have the fear of stepping on spiders. Well, spiders in general. Blast it with a shotgun? Millions of tiny spiders come forth. I need my Valium now.

I had to fix the running lights on my 92 Subaru SVX along with a flat tire. The mystery battery drain will have to wait till another day. Time to stretch the old girls legs and hope the front control arms and tie rod ends don’t come apart while my 2.5rs goes into shop for a week or so.

It’s hard to find a car with a soul anymore. Most of the high end “driver”cars have a disconnect that I just can’t get over. I will be in the new car market soon and the closest thing I can find is the Subaru BRZ and even that isn’t quite perfect. It all makes me sad.

Even in my mid sized town the HOA is hard to get around. For me I’d rather drive the hour. I’m 35 miles from work and most days I don’t mind the commute. I do see how people with small children would like that option but I really like not having any neighbors.

Sounds like you have another design element that you don’t like in there. I agree with the truck thing. If you actually go to off road meets that’s one thing but those guys rarely daily those rigs. I have a lot of issues with those non off road lifted trucks, like wheel spacers. I should stop now before I get to

That’s the camp in in too. I haven’t bought one yet but I’ve driven everything comparable and that’s where I end up. If only I could get one without buttons on the steering wheel. I don’t like buttons. Give me a switch for the a/c and a knob for some tunes and I’m good to go.

I am in the market for a new car and really want a legacy GT but would settle for a WRX hatch. I like the BRZ but it’s not big enough for my bloodhound. I don’t know what else to look for and feel lost. The Forester XT doesn’t come in a manual and is too sluggish at highway speeds. I feel sick to my stomach mentioning

I’m glad I don’t have to deal with this kind of stuff. I live in the middle of the woods, my work parking lot only has people that drive large commercial vehicles and know how to park and I rarely venture anywhere that has a public parking lot. I am afraid of a thunderstorm taking out one of my trees and utterly

The problem I run into is every time I take my not so classic car (Subaru SVX) out to stretch its legs and take in fresh air it breaks. I can’t imagine the atrophy she’s going to have after only being drivable for three weeks so far this year. I keep asking myself if she needs a better home because I’m a bad owner and

+1 for the head bolts. I have a fleet of commercial diesels I take care of and you have to make sure the head bolts aren’t stretched then go through a special torque sequence multiple times working your way up to 450 ftlbs I believe. Quite the workout. I also see a head gasket fail between 4-6 years on an engine
