yeah the brakes are nice but talk about that kid’s reaction to run in the opposite direction. I bet he’ll never cross the street again...

must have been kids that recently immigrated from USA. In other parts of the world you teach kids how to behave in traffic and you don’t stop the whole world around them so that they can safely live in their artificial protection bubble...

I’m just amazed with the power of marketing that these companies are able to deploy. To wait in lines (iPhone) for hours or days just so that you can spend your hard earned money on something that you don’t desperately need (just want) is something that I will never comprehend having grown up in communist Eastern

Old’s-mobile... ‘nuff said...

I had the 2000 SE model in the “new body”. It was 5MT (slushy) and prety decent for the 4 years that I drove it until I swapped it for a 2002 WRX. I have to admitt that after 60k miles the tie rods where shot and the CV joints were starting to make “puk puk” noises, but overall it was a palatable commuter car...

great point. One of the very few things that I remembered from my undergrad minor in marketing is: “...innovate or die...”. Perhaps someone should send an anonymous message to HD.

2015 GTI. After I purchased it in December of 2015 I noticed that the light comes on with still about a 1/8 of the tank left and the range shows 40 miles to empty. One day I got bored and while the fuel was getting close to the light level, I filled up a 2 gallon jug with gas, put it in the trunk and decided to run

yes, defensive driving is fine but stops working when there are too many cars on the roads as then the congestion increases. Also, poorly designed roads and light signals. One classic example in front of my work place; 6 lane roads intersect but one of them has significantly longer green resulting in horrible line for

this looks like Delecour. (too lazy to look up the plate number to confirm)

I had a friend of mine rent a Charger few years back and we both entered it into the local RallyCross event. It was pretty muddy but we still had fun with all of the proper fuses pulled out to ensure that the car was doing what we wanted :)

and why exactly these people would not want to get out of a non-running car and move to a shade off the highway is beyond me. It’s not like Texas near Houston is a death valley where there are no trees and other “shelters”.

Same here. Last time I sent wife’s car in for a recall work it came back with lug nuts that were loose. I work on the cars myself and probably saved thousands over last 17 years of owning cars.

me too :)

yes, this does look good but legs forward position for me is reserved for coffin only :) Also, they lose me immediately once I see huge fairings, bags and square fenders...

ummm, nationality is not race...

I absolutely hated the auto HVAC on our 06 Forester. It was blowing either super hot air or cold air when on Auto. There was nothing in between. While super hot was fine in a single digit temps for about 10 minutes, the more the trip progressed, the more unbearable it became. as a result we never used the Auto

Toyota should be thrilled. Finally a manufacturer that produces more bland, apliance-like cars then them.

Neutral: We will all become like the current equestrians; taking our “horses” to designated parks where you can “ride” them. They will be towed on a trailer by our new electric vehicles...

The generation that HD’s product line up and lifestyle/cluture was appealing to is diminishing every year. Whether this is natural death of the aging demographic or from refusing to wear a helmet, the fact is that there is less and less people that want to get on this HD bandwagon. Even if they offered product that

because hardly anyone needs the clearance that SUVs offer, especially in big cities where the model X gets primarily sold. SUVs are pretty stupid because of the lack of space and poor gas mileage because of the ride height/poor aerodynamics. Seems like model X addressed both but may not look appealing to everyone on
