Like some others have mentioned, Tiddlywiki is awesome. Especially if you set it up as your homepage. Then you'll see it every time you open your browser, and have no excuse for not updating it! Dang!

Hmmm.... Sorry, I got used to drinking good beer. No need to ice it down so cold I can't taste it.

@JohnnyricoMC: Strange... I worked at a Fortune 500 company, and we were all informed that if someone calls to check up on an employee, direct them to the corporate HR phone #. That was for ANY reason. Apparently having your current HR people talking with your potential employers about your work history can get them

@Squalor: Did anyone ever think that they were?

@Brain.wav: What? You actually *look* at your keys? I just need to find home row. ; )

@Alexander Ward: Good plan! I threw a party for some friends (capped it off with a Limo to an Aerosmith concert), and eventually wound up married to one of the girls! Still married after 12 years and 3 kids. Good times. : )

@chlkaufman: Actually, a roommate of mine made a really cool 3D character once, and when he showed it to a guy online, he wound up getting paid for it to be used on some boutique credit card. Also, my Dad has made a HELL of a living making 3D files of parts for machine tools to cut out (Aerospace Industry).

@Unionhawk: Propane isn't high voltage, and isn't going to jump up and bite you because it smells fear. It's much like plumbing water, but with a few caveats. Like, when attaching fittings, use the colored teflon tape, not the white for water (the white breaks down over time when exposed to propane), and when you

@Kamatari +: I don't know. I married a girl geek, and she would probably go for it. You ARE marrying another geek, aren't you? If not, you might as well call off the wedding and go ahead and build your coffee table. : )

Bolt-action, heavy barrel, Winchester .300 short magnum. Like the finger of God.

@KamWrex: Whatever does it for you. :/

If you're going to do it, don't wimp out. Go big, like the legendary "Bruiser", or go home.

@squishyalt: It's still pretty impressive. It greatly increases the capabilities you can carry on a single thumb drive. Now if you're talking about initializing a Xen hypervisor from a thumb drive, and instantiating a couple vm's in it, that's different. I think the throughput requirements for the storage device

@Mickets: Not really. This is also a "home cure" to handle a tiny burrowing mite called a "chigger". Get a batch of those on your legs and you'll rip your skin off trying to get them out. A little finger nail polish will quickly bring blessed relief.

@Seeräuber Jenny: Amen. For several months my kids and I lived on frozen meals. I avoided dishes as much as possible, because it gave me too much time to think... Bad days.

I've used a combination of Pure Aloe Vera gel, and vitamin E lotions. They don't make them vanish, but they do help with the healing, and they're probably smaller than they would normally be. It's worked on everything from burns and cuts to snakebites.

@Homerjay has ABSA Fever: Do the 2-liter with inverted top, just like for flies, but instead of poop, use sugar water and yeast for bait. Wrap a dark piece of paper around the outside. The mosquitos love CO2 and the dark.

@Sandwich: As a certified, fully hetero male, I can assure you: wet T-shirts are no joke. : )

@Homerjay has ABSA Fever: The mold at TG has what looks like bumps at the ends. I would assume you place a standard straw (re-usable) centered between the bumps, and pour your freezable liquid around it. Remove ice straw, and remove the standard straw from it's core. That's my guess.

@valladolid: I usually bend over and pick them up, but we always grow a bumper crop of 'em here in Missouri. : )
