Put the correct abilities on your bar and put the correct runes on your abilities and you can. The only difference is you don't have to look at a website or perform advance linear algebra to determine which stat goes where.

Based on what you typed in the second paragraph i think you misunderstood what he was saying.

Because different builds now require different abilities in combination of different runes.

That makes sense, but bare in mind that i have a friend who worked at a local shop here for over 19 years. He knows every single employee and all of their ins and out. He's gay and likes another out co-worker (Who he has been working with for 6 years) but refuses to ask the guy out.
