@MonkeyBiz: would it not be up to developers/publishers to make sure their DLC gets noticed? Why can't they all just create a clear item in the games' main menu that says "Extra Content"? Some already do this.

Considering I'm leaving Mass Effect 2 for the summer or winter (when there's nothing else to play and the game costs less), I'll probably run through the Assassin's Creed 2 DLC, play some more MW2 Spec Ops and possibly try the BFBC2 demo with a friend.

@i_pooped_on_: no new achievements are listed on xbox.com, so I'd say there aren't any new trophies either.

@BananaStandCEO: the last Western game I played was Lucas Arts' Outlaws, and like you am pretty much sold on this. It just looks right.

@Countchokeula: I gave up after a couple tries. Over on MajorNelson's blog e posted "We're aware of the issues some people are having trying to play the demo. People are working on it, stay tuned."

Netbooks were introduced as low-cost alternatives for quickly looking up something on the web, but have grown and grown, getting more expensive all the time.

@gamegrump: not if you live outside the US (and perhaps a handful other countries)... I'm happy with the points, as I can buy my cards in Asia and thereby save a little: 4200 MSP = €49.99 MSRP but I get them for €39.99.

@Luke Plunkett: bad marketing though, as the video's been removed :s

@llamalizard001: awesome, your iSlate comes with the special iReflect base that has buttons to control the iSlate with? ;) j/k

@raresquare: man that's cool. I didn't even know there was that much DLC for ME2 already.

@hipnotyq: the BioShock 1 soundtrack will be on vinyl in the "limited edition" (a black box with a butterfly design on it) of BioShock 2.

I haven't seen Avatar yet, but I did recently purchase my first Blu-ray movies (after getting over 670 "old school" DVDs in my collection) and watched Transformers 2 (decent), Terminator 4 (meh), Ice Age 3 (boo), Underworld 3 (not bad) and Let The Right One In (the book was much better) over the weekend.

I wish I had my Heavy Rain PSD files on this computer... I'd make a "Not So Heavy Rain" start screen. Maybe inspiration will hit me while I'm at work tomorrow.

@Resident Diesel: probably due to copyright laws being different in so many countries in just the EU alone. It still sucks though.

@roflwaffles warns of robotic old men: mirror's edge 2, assassin's creed 3, GTA5, Saints Row 3, Red Dead Redemption... there are lots of sandbox games that could use this kind of tech to immerse you into the game world a lot more.

@HELLSRIDER is watching anime: yeah, this is the first of the two missing sequences, the other will be available not much later for $5.

@tigerstripe88: considering the game had only one or two "difficult" achievements (the feather and glyph collecting ones) I doubt they'll throw in very hard ones in the DLC, if they put any in at all.

@alexthompson88001: you're right. PS3 doesn't come with a headset, but there's (unless I'm mistaken) also no way for a wired headset to be used with a PS3 unless it'd use the USB port on the controller, putting the cable on the wrong side of the controller...

@resvrgam: how's using a points system any different from Sony's pre-paid real currentcy system? In both cases you're buying a card and have to hope you'll end up spending them without leaving some stray points/cents in your account.
