On side topic. Why there are these lisences? In Finland we have this thing called education system. When you have degree in engineering and somebody wants to hire you, you are allowed to work. No need to buy some lisence etc. Some work could need extra training or courses/diplomas but everybody understands that.…

I agree. I would say that relative performance is same these days.(Corvettes are making close to Ferrari power etc) It is Crazy though. You can buy front wheel drive wagon that goes around the ring under 8 minutes (Seat Leon ST Cupra)

You Americans have always driven huge cars with no handling. You have also hugely wide roads so there is no particular problem. We Europeans like small cars and roads over here are narrow.
