Thanks for explaining issues I didn’t see at first, reasonably and calmly. I didn’t realize all the issues that went along with it. I agree that its a law that should not exist. From the start, it seemed like something that couldn’t be enforced, I just didn’t see all the problems it brought with it. I do now though!

But they still make money. No one ever said they make the same amount as when someone clicks the ad. I don’t see the point you are failing to make here man. Some (albeit small) ad revenue is better than zero, always.

Every time a page with an ad gets a view it makes them revenue. Therefore by not using adblock you do in fact help support the site with every article you click on. Nothing “almost worthless” about it.

Yeah if its ads on the sides or top of the page or I don’t mind. The ones that grey out everything to where you can’t scroll without closing out the ad every time you open a new link? *clicks run on this page*
