Yes the frame rate is fixed. It was one of the main things worked on, the visuals were not a problem. no clue where they got these horrible "before" pics lol my game displayed at 1080p day one, just ran like garbage compared to the ps2 version.

There are games on phones that looks better. There are so many better f2p games on PC that look, sound, and control better than Runescape 3. Sorry if you are blinded by your love of the game, that doesn't change how horrible it looks.

Nope, graphics are not everything to me. But @rapidpimpsmack clearly responded with a screen shot implying we should be impressed by what he bestowed upon us lol and I pointed out that it does look like complete crap, and pretty much every game on my phone looks better.

funny how I have been using the same GPU for 4 years now (paid 250$ for it), and I run BF3 @ 60fps on medium settings, which blows console out of the water. And the PS3 was 600 hundred when it launched not 400 dollars.
