Criminals have plenty of guns here, it’s only the law abiding citizens who have to jump through hoops to get one and then are forbidden from carrying them.

Well near the end of the video (at about 2:45) the crazy guy gets a running start and rams the car in front at a good clip. Would be by far the most action on the entire video but it all happens out of frame because the idiot filming apparently thought it was more important to capture the sky and ground than the car…

Seems like a reasonably OK area, BMW/Mini dealer in the background. Here in California only the cops and gang bangers have guns.
