Side note about not eating animal protein: replacing cheese and dairy with any vegetable oil or fat really works to alleviate cravings. Apparently, it was the fat content that was so enjoyable. Calcium is available in lots of foods other than dairy.

Mostly, actually almost completely, vegan at this point in time. The easiest way to cook and eat so far. Weight is pretty stable. Eat everything I feel like eating and I don’t feel like eating animal products ever, nowadays. Took a few years to acclimate in a culture of meat and meat by-products.

Humor is actuality described, imo (in my observation.) We get a bit of relief in the realization that other people see the situation as well. Conservative humor does not seem to exist.
