I think it’s hard to be a pretty person due to much more pressure and forced social interaction. Attractive people need to fend off advances tactfully more often. Seems exhausting.

I doubt that dynamic has changed much if at all I human history. Pretty people tend to wait for equally pretty people. Those in the middle can get bruised egos and heartbreaks. Less pretty people have to make friends, get to know each other, and expect less in terms of looks. Some men do not accept that they will not…
