I enjoyed the original. Have seen it several times. But if they F-up the reboot (whether through misguided social justice motivations or just the sheer odds against lightning striking twice), I will still sleep well at night.

Clearly I'm missing something, but if you're dissatisfied with a creative product wouldn't the proper response be one of the following: a) make your own b) engage in something like legitimate criticism - implying you've actually seen the work or c) ignore it.

Wondering if Jessica Barden's character might have gotten her name from the Marquis de Sade novel - Justine. It would seem an appropos allusion given the crimson threesome that ensued.
