lurkerbunny posted most of my fav SF and they are wonderful, but check out Diana Wynne Jones. Most of her stuff is gold. Her books are funny, well written, and surprising. I like her adult books as well as her children's books.

I've known sociopaths though. They are way better at hiding it than he is and it took me years to figure out what was up with them.

I have a couple of old friends who used to volunteer at those places. They honestly believe that bull that they are peddling,* and they believe they are trying to do a good thing. I have never asked them about their time there, or what they said for fear I will hate them.

As someone who routinely watches videos of cats, dogs, horses and donkeys, and still owns an odd amount of cute and fluffy things I declare the new MLP terrifying. The old MLP is sweet and I would cuddle it in a heartbeat.

God, I thought the bus was bad in my city. Mostly its just filled with insanely cheerful people who really, really, really want to talk to you.

I have one sister who is just amazing. We have a small business together. We nerd out of over everything, and for the most part she gets me.
