If they're going to bring back Ward one more time making him a good guy this time despite everything we know about him has a nice full circle to it. Evil Fitz is the great prize we didn't know we needed.

Gotta mention his cameo in the Garfunkel & Oates series as the porn shop owner who sells them their own porn parody. "You gonna diddle yourselves to yourselves?"

I'm glad that instead of a Luke cameo they gave us just a tantalizing breeze of him and his family being there.

Rebels episodes at their best still tend to be a series of events rather than a cohesive story, but damn if I didn't gasp at the decision to make Maul's final moment being cradled, vulnerable and pitiful, by a compassionate Kenobi. The voice actor and animation on Obi-Wan really came across as a much bigger character

Hera's murderous anger at the end could have been not just for Chopper but her entire threatened crew and potentially compromised Rebel cell. Still it would be nice if someone later acknowledged that a signal spike should not have blown up the surveillance ship.

I'm hoping New David will also lose his body, and both heads survive into the next movie, and each successive Alien/Prometheus movie has more and more David heads. Eventually it's just about an entire crew of David heads terrorizing the galaxy.

…and Peggy!

Since when does Rebels make my heart race. From the moment Saxon and his men entered the room the Star Wars kid in me was ecstatic. Only down side is they've made Sabine a great character just as they pull her out of the lineup. I hope we'll see her story play out with Fenn Rau since I love Kevin McKidd's poetic

I believe the purpose of the Bjorn / Astrid scene was so that cutting back and forth could show how voluntary human sacrifice could be an ecstatic experience like penetrative sex. But I'm not saying this was a good idea.

I just re-watched the Esme scene and when the fire ignites the Quagmire family photo it spreads to consume the parents and Quigley, with Isadora and Duncan remaining, before cutting away.

Australia has had amazing food (in addition to the pies) for decades now, they realized they're under no obligation to keep acting British. Their climate and cuisine are more Californian. And even the British have stopped entirely punishing themselves with food choices.

Even a seasoned pro like Patrick Warburton could not entirely conceal his glee at getting to stride out of Look It Fits! and monologue in that hideous outfit.

The cinematographer of the coming Young Han Solo film said that the movie would be inspired by one particular film "in the American lexicon", and that it's a brave choice proving they want to do something different.

Glad to see the A-grade here after watching the episode. Sabine shouting her full story while whacking at Kanan got a bit clunky. But the described sensations of lightsaber combat were haunting, Freddie Prinze did terrific work, and Ezra was actually useful. Kevin McKidd's beautiful voice is as close as we're getting

Craig Ferguson left big gender indeterminate shoes to fill, but also a fairly standard effeminate male stereotype, so I'm glad they found such a fresh take on the character.

"Like cop cars in the Blues Brothers" well dammit now I won't be happy till I get a chase scene that ends in a one hundred Star Destroyer pileup.

The dragon design on his Star Destroyer is a nod to its old EU name Chimera. But Thrawn's first episode had a pair of sculpted creatures framed behind him to recall the Ysalamiri.

I could not believe how much they packed into this episode. That much story would have taken two seasons of Walking Dead or Lost to resolve.

It's frustrating that even in Rebels' better episodes the Empire poses no threat. Two TIE bombers fire on the parked stationary Ghost and miss. The jump troopers attack from above, with our heroes in the open and no cover, and miss. The Imperial ship doesn't get a shot in but two torpedoes from the Ghost blast it in
