I don’t even answer my phone anymore. The vast majority of calls I get are robocalls or scammers. I figure, anybody who actually does want to contact me will leave a voicemail. Yeah, it will suck if there’s some sort of emergency, but unfortunately thanks to a bunch of scammers, we can no longer have nice things.

The problem with this is that legitimate numbers can get added to the databse. For example, I get multiple calls a day from numbers that start with the same area code and exchange as my phone. The idea being if I see something like that I will be more likely to answer it because I know it is a local cell phone number.

The number spoofing is the most irritating to me. One time I looked and it was my number calling. Apparently I was calling myself to lower my credit card interest rate.

I use Android and Mac, and I’m mostly happy with that pairing.

No, wait, I tell a lie. That iTunes update notification that pops up even when I don’t have iTunes running is pretty annoying.

Meh, I’d rather they tie it together with Miitomo instead.
