I miss him, too.

Another 180 is Trump et al deciding not to move the US Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. That was one of his campaign promises, now broken. It's a good decision, so I blame it more on "et al" than Trump.

Charlie Pierce cheekily suggests that Trump may seek asylum in the Vatican. I didn't even know they *had* an Ecuadorian embassy there.

I still think Jim Caviezel needs to branch out into singing. My hope is that he records an album of standards called Caviezel Goes Pop.

Ya got two hours of MasterChef Junior (semi-finals and final)

Today's Oh For Fuck's Sake via The Hill: "National Security Council (NSC) officials include President Trump's name in memos in as many paragraphs as possible to increase the chance he reads them, Reuters reported Wednesday"

I can't tell if we're great again yet because of all the winning.

He's going to go lecture the Muslim world. I'm sure they'll respond well to that.

So, do you think the title "Brace for Impact" was a rebar joke? I kind of hope it was a rebar joke.

A question and a comment that are probably insensitive:

What a weird place to leave pipes and rebar sticking up. A furnace hookup, maybe?

I would expect the most sensitive DoD systems to be physically off the internet. I.E., to have no network connection whatsoever to the outside world. Lozano and Lloyd could get a lot of info and access, but not access to everything.

I bet Kirkman considered burning that couch after Abe plopped his slobby self on it.

Turning off badge access would've been the smart thing to do. They could also easily set the system up to notify them when and where the card was used. Having Lozano attempt to find a creative way out could've been fun.

Miguel Ferrer.

How are Charles and Amy going to take it that Jake is working for the task force? Probably ok, doesn't look like that storyline is going to last too long, anyway.

The caffeination of everything was pretty funny, but unfortunately comes on a day when the news was full of news about a kid dying from too much caffeine.

I didn't think Mack was "whatever" about it. He realized that she was gone but was thankful that he'd had ten years with her in the Framework, years that he didn't have in the real world.

And a bunch of cello solos.

Raise a glass for Radcliffe. Well done.
