That’s 100% correct, I live in Japan and have a Japanese switch, I’m able to play whatever games I like. In fact Zelda and Disgaea change their language based on whatever I have my system language set to at the moment. It’s pretty neat!

That is true

The Switch is region free right? So by the chance this doesn’t make it here in the USA, I can pull some strings to get this to me and still have it work, correct?

in that case it sounds like ST Discovery.

No. That’s not how console video games work.

should it cost 50 cents everytime you want to play?

The battery life really isn’t that bad, it’s hardly worse than the 3DS, it’s hard to imagine that’ll get an update. Also, any update to the ergonomics would likely just be in the form of new joy-cons, not a whole new base unit, so you’d just have to buy new controllers, not a whole new system (although admittedly that

I think it really does boil down to lifestyle. I use it portable the most. I have twin infants so I only play at night when I can. I sit back in bed with my wife. She does her thing, I play Zelda. We still get to talk and be a couple. I don’t have to go sit in my cubby and play alone. I do at times but I don’t HAVE

But so far, and despite significant coverage about how the eldest Trump remains one of the president’s closest and most trusted advisers, little that Ivanka claims to lobby him on in private has materialized in his public policy.

This American loves his Switch! Also, I should note: the Japanese are not generally shy about being negative in an anonymous poll.

Remember, this is the first of two planned pieces of DLC. This one is due this Summer, while the second—which includes an expansion of the story—is coming later. And the only way to get them is to pay $20 for a bundle that includes both.

WOW, this is DLC done right.

Well - you certainly don’t speak for me with your idiotic hot take on this subject. Zelda is a masterpiece - and the Japanese language track would be the way the developers originally intended the experience to be had. The emotion , the inflection - etc. The original language is cultural - and this is art we’re

You know what’s not adorable? The way you wear your cynicism.

I’d rather pay more to fly another airline. I’ll think of the price difference as an “standing by my principles fee.”

Well that’s too bad because, yeah, you really missed out. ALBW is one of the games with the most effective 3D effect. The proximity to the “screen surface” of practically everything owing to the flat top-down world typical of Zelda made it look like your screen just sort of dipped down into a little world with little

I DONT UNDERSTAND PEOPLE. THE 3D THING IS SO COOL. I really believe this.

this is why i say they should not make anything new for the 3ds/2ds line anymore. whether theyll admit it or not, the switch IS a replacement for both 3ds and wii u. any development efforts going into 3ds need to be diverted to switch to keeps its momentum going. 3ds/2ds efforts at this point are pointless. we all

Games were always better in 3D. 3D made up for the lacking graphic power of the System. I have a Vita and a 3DS and games on the 3DS in 3D always impressed me more. It was a cool effect, and it will be missed.

I've been complaining about #6 for a while. What's even more frustrating is they don't seem to have this problem in Japan. There's tons of fantastical anime and games that take place in settings that have everything from enlightenment era technology all the way through modern day. Full Metal Alchemist, The Final
