What’s power got to do with it? I live paycheck to paycheck, but I’m very successful. I’m living the dream. Just depends on what you think success is.

This is all assuming that capitalism is inherently a good thing (spoiler alert: it’s not).
Even if it’s “not a sport”... so? It’s on the same level as one competitively. “Sports” aren’t intrinsically “better” or something. How much longer are we gonna have to hear people spew garbage like yours?
People die. Sometimes that means that they’re here one day, and gone the next. It could mean that YOU are here one day, gone the next. And that’s scary to think about.
SSG won, deal with it!
Nintendo has been a practitioner of artificial scarcity for a long, long time. Why would they suddenly stop with the Switch? That makes no sense.

It may as well not be in the game, as its removal wouldn’t impact the game for the vast majority of players. Playing solo, or pseudo-solo (random matchmaking) is where most…
Maybe they haven’t figured out how to implement raid matchmaking yet. Can’t think of any reason why they don’t have it yet otherwise. They just make us link up with random strangers ourselves.
Or, perhaps what you are trying to say is that Destiny needs to be played socially, because it lacks engangement otherwise. For being a “social” game, they really haven’t put much effort into making it a social experience.
All that this review really tells me is that Destiny 2 is only worth playing if you have people to play with. Not exactly encouraging for those that have to play solo. That being said, I myself am enjoying single-player. Content is a bit thin, though.
It’s not too bad, if you just want the console.
I’m planning on picking one up on either Thanksgiving or Black Friday. No bundle or preorder, just the basics.
Out of all the games that could be GOTY, PUBG isn’t even on the radar.
